*****Attn: This Thursday at 7pm Coach Anthony will coach his last class at Purpose before saying, “Sayonara” to the gym as he prepares to head to Japan. Please make an effort to attend his last class and bid him a proper Purpose farewell. We will miss Anthony’s passion and energy around the gym. We eagerly await his return from the land of the Samurai (he better forge his own Katana while he’s there).

8 clean grip BB muscle cleans
8 BB Push press
10 Banded good morning with hip hinge to wall
10 scapular ring rows

Strength:
Front Squat
5 sets of 3 reps @ 80% on every 60s mark
Strict Press
5 sets of 2 reps @ 85% on every 60s mark
Deadlift
4 sets of 8 reps @ 65% on every 2m mark

Core work:
4 rounds Tabata
Bird Dogs
Dead Bugs
Hollow rock hold

Restore:
8 banded hamstring stretch ea side
8 cat – cow
8 reps Rhomboid release
