8 push ups
8 squat jumps
200m Jog

Strength:
Alternating movements
Every 90s
5 rounds Strict Press 4 reps @ 75%
4 rounds Sumo DL 8 reps at weight from last session

Thrusters 135/95, 115/85, 95/65
Burpee O’er BB
