1 arm DB Strict press (focus on core & midline stability)
Wall hip hinge T-spine opener
20s banded snatch/OH pos shoulder stretch, 2x ea arm
Warm Up:
10 Overhead slam balls
10 empty BB Push jerks
8 tempo push ups 3-3-1
8 tempo squats 3-3-1
6 lunges ea leg with light SB on back
200m jog
Tabata – Gymnastics
4 rounds Hollow rocks
4 rounds Supermans
Chipper:
2 rounds
10 Burpee to plate
400m Run
10 Burpee 2 plate
30’ OH walking lunge ea arm 55/35, 45/25
10 Burpee to plate
20 WB 30/20, 20/14

10 MU/BMU/C2B/Pull ups
