Skill:

15s HSPU/push ups

Strength:
Alternating movements on every 90s
5 rounds Front squat 5 reps @65%
5 rounds DU – 1st round 30s max effort for reps, match reps for subsequent rounds
I.e. 1st round of DU – 22 reps in 30s, next 4 rounds are 22 reps – as long as it takes within 90s to accomplish 22 reps
