Small group classes held throughout the day that include a warm up, mobility and a workout, most sessions also include a dedicated strength training session. Classes are guided and monitored by at least one coach, depending on class size. Classes typically last between 40-60 minutes.
Small group classes that meet twice a week with a focus on Olympic Weightlifting Movements and their associated movements. All classes taught by a Olympic lifting certified trainer. Classes typically last between 40-60 minutes.
This membership allows athletes to come to our gym and follow their own training plans. Athletes must perform movements associated with their training plan to ensure they can perform the movement properly and safely. Our Open Gym athletes may use all the equipment in the gym, but understand that the classes take precedent over open gym training. Open Gym runs all throughout the day. Please ask a coach about qulifications and specific times.
One on one or small group training that want specialized programming or are looking for something different from our classes.
